Professional Services
Masada Hardening provides professional services including security consulting, website hardening, implementation, configuration, and recovery work. These engagements are governed by the following terms in addition to any individual proposal or statement of work.
Scope of Work
- The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide timely access to systems, environments, and credentials necessary for the engagement.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their infrastructure and requirements.

- Project-based work may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Hourly work is billed at the agreed rate and invoiced according to the schedule specified in the statement of work.
